دفاعاً عن الخالصي
.
اولا-- ان الحملة التي استخدمت الانترنيت وسيلة نشرها نراها تنحصر في نفس الجهة التي تتعاون مع الاحتلال وتبرر بقاء قواته مما يعطي دليلا واضحا على ان مواقف الشيخ جواد الخالصي الرافضة للاحتلال هي السبب الاساسي في شن هذه الحملة
ثانيا -- ان محاولة تلويث سمعة وسلوك الشيخ الخالصي بهذا الاسلوب جاءت من اشخاص مدعومين من جهة سياسية معلومة كان الشيخ الخالصي قد قاوم دخولها الى جبهة رفض الاحتلال
ثالثا -- العناصر التي وقعت البيان تتكون من شخص كان المؤتمر التأسيسي لرفض الاحتلال قد ابعده بسبب ارتباطه المباشر بجهات ارهابية تعتمد الطائفية والتكفير اسلوبا لعملها اما العنصر الثاني فقد ابتعد عن المؤتمر وسحب نفسه من اول انعقاد المؤتمر وكان وجودهما على منصة الهيئة التحضيرية عند انعقاد المؤتمر هو السبب المباشر في انسحابي شخصياً من المؤتمر في اول جلسة له، اما العنصر الثالث فلم يكن له اي ارتباط بالؤتمر التأسيسي لا من قريب ولا من بعيد وهو منشق عن حزب الدعوى لاسباب نجهلها
رابعا -- جاء في ردود بعض المتطفلين على التاريخ السياسي المعاصر ما يتضمن طعونا في تاريخ عائلة الخالصي وشخصيات العائله بتزييف وقائع تاريخية اود ايضاحها كما يلي:ـ
ـ1 -- ان الشيخ مهدي الخالصي الكبير هو الجد المباشر للشيخ جواد - وهو مؤسس وقائد حركة الجهاد الاسلامي ضد الانكليز عام 1914والتي ضمت في قيادتها جميع أئمة الحوزة العلمية في النجف الاشرف وكربلاء والكاظمية وسامراء، وكان الشيخ الخالصي الكبير القائد العام لقوات العشائر والمجاهدين التي قاتلت الانكليز في الشعيبة وفي كل مناطق جنوب العراق
ـ2 -- كان الشيخ الخالصي الكبير احد مفجري ثورة العشرين ضد الاحتلال البريطاني ومن ابرز من تصدى لقواته وقد التف حوله المثقفون والسياسيون والقادة الشعبيون الرافضون للاحتلال خصوصا في بغداد
ـ3-- ان الشيخ مهدي الخالصي الكبير هو الذي رفض تنصيب شخصية غير عراقية ملكا على العراق وهو الذي نادى باقامة نظام جمهوري في العراق، وهو الذي وضع شروطا للبيعة التي طلب الانكليزاعطاءها لفيصل الاول التي تتضمن شرط اقامة نظام برلماني ديمقراطي ينتخب رئيس الوزراء ويكون الملك فيه مصونا غير مسؤول
ـ4 -- لقد سحب الشيخ الخالصي الكبير بيعته عن الملك فيصل الاول بسبب مخالفته لشروطها وقام الملك بناء على نصيحة رئيس الوزراء عبد المحسن السعدون ومستشار الملك ساطع الحصري والمندوب السامي البريطاني بنفيه مع ولده الشيخ محمد والد الشيخ جواد الى ايران
ـ5 -- توفي الشيخ الخالصي الكبير منفيا في خراسان عام 1925 ورفض الملك فيصل الاول دفنه في العراق لكن جماهير بغداد قامت بتشيع رمزي له يعد اكبر تظاهرة قادتها الاحزاب والشخصيات الوطنية ضد الاحتلال البريطاني وحليفه النظام الملكي - وبقي ولده منفيا في ايران لمدة ثلاثين عاما
ـ6 -- قاد الشيخ محمد الخالصي والد الشيخ جواد نضالا مريرا ضد النظام الملكي وكان من اول المؤيدين لثورة الرابع عشر من تموز الخالدة وساهم بعدها في الكفاح ضد الدكتاتورية الى ان توفي متأثرا بمعاناته من اساليب التعذيب التي مورست ضده من قبل نظام 1963
ـ7 -- عاش الشيخ جواد الخالصي اكثر من ثلاثين عاما منفيا في سوريا بعد ان حكم عليه وعلى اخويه الشيخ مهدي والشيخ هادي بالاعدام من قبل النظام البائد الذي قام بمصادرة مدرسة ومكتبة الخالصي في الكاظمية ودور سكناهم، وقد اغتيل في حينه صهرهم الشيخ محمد العاملي الذي عثر على جثمانه في الطب العدلي، وتعرض بقية افراد العائلة رجالا ونساء الى الاضطهاد والتوقيف والتعذيب والاغتيال داخل العراق وخارجه
ارجو ان تكون هذه الملاحظات قد ساهمت في ايضاح بعض من الحقائق التاريخية الموضوعية

اود ان ارد بشكل مختصر على الحملة الشرسة التي تـُشن على الشيخ جواد الخالصي بعد صدور بيان موقع من السيد احمد البغدادي ومحمد الالوسي وعادل رؤوف متهمين اياه باستلام مبالغ نقدية من المملكة العربية السعودية، وسيكون ردي واضحا ومباشرا كما يلي:ـ

هندي احمر عراقي واسمه ابو ريشة ؟

ـ"هذه هي صورة (القبائل العراقية) التي تتداعى على ذهن المواطن الامريكي الجاهل. وطبعا حين يكون اسم (رئيس) القبيلة التي تروم السلام مع المستعمر الامريكي الابيض، " ابو ريشة" ، ترسخ الصورة في ذهن الامريكي الغبي .. لأن اسماء الهنود على ذمة هوليوود كانت " الحصان الجامح" او "النسر الحزين " أو "النمر العنيد" وما الى ذلك ..ـ
هندي احمر عراقي واسمه ابو ريشة ؟ـ
بالتأكيد .. فصورة رئيس القبيلة الهندي التي لا تبارح ذهن تلاميذ هوليوود هو الرجل نصف العاري الذي يرتدي تاجا من الريش ! ولكن مع الفرق انه في ايام هنود امريكا كان المستعمر الابيض هو الذي يذهب الى القبيلة التي يروم استمالتها ويدخن غليون السلام مع رجالها .. الان يشرب مع هنود العراق " كوكاكولا السلام ". وبدلا من ان يدق الهندي الامريكي على الطبول ليبلغ الاخرين اخباره ، ينقر الهندي العراقي الان على ازرار الموبايل، وبدلا من ان يذهب المغامر الابيض الشجاع الى مضارب القبيلة، يأتي المغامر الابيض الان بالقبيلة الى قواعده العسكرية، كم تغير الزمن !!ـ
الصورة التي تقدمها الادارة الاميركية لشعبها الجاهل هي كالآتي:ـ
هناك ولاية تابعة لامريكا اسمها العراق (لأن حدود امريكا تمتد بامتداد مصالحها) فيها قبائل متوحشة (سنية) وقبائل متوحشة (شيعية). وهناك عدوان لامريكا في هذه الولاية: احدهما المقاومة وترجمتها باللغة الاميركية (القاعدة)، وهناك ايران التي تريد ان تستولي على النفط في الخليج ، ولا يمكن ان يسمح لها بذلك .ـ
القاعدة في اماكن تواجد قبائل السنة، وهناك قبائل تتعاون معها، وايران في اماكن تواجد قبائل الشيعة، وهناك قبائل تتعاون معها.ـ
وفي قصة ماقبل النوم هذه، هناك حلف عسكري بين القاعدة وايران.ـ
ماذا يفعل المستعمر المغامر الابيض ؟ـ
يسلح قبائل من السنة لضرب القاعدة في مناطقهم ولضرب من يعاضدها. ويسلح قبائل الشيعة ليضربوا ايران المتغلغلة ومن يعاضدها. بعد ان ينتهي هؤلاء وهؤلاء من واجبهم ، يرتدون على بعضهم البعض . وهكذا سوف تضطر امريكا للبقاء في قواعدها العراقية للاشراف على الحرب الاهلية الاخيرة . وبناء معسكرات او مستوطنات (تم البدء ببنائها) تعزل طوائف الشعب العراقي عن بعضها البعض في حصار الى ابد الابدين او الى ان ينضب النفط تماما...."ـ

لم تصلني الدعوة الأولى حتى أطلع على الدعوة الأخيرة.ـ
لا توجد أي معلومة حول كيفية المشاركة و المواد التي سيتم التداول فيها و هل سيأتي من يلقي علينا محاضرة حول" ديمقراطية" المحاصصة الطائفية "العظيمة" في العراق و ما حصل في حكومات العمالة هو بسبب النظام السابق كما حصل سابقاً.ـ
إن كانت هناك حقيقة واحدة فهي إن الآن لا يوجد

بسبب فرق الموت المزدهرة في "ديمقراطية" العراق المحتل أمريكياً وإسرائيلياً و إيرانياً.ـ
هل سيكون حديث عن وباء الكوليرا و التايفويد في الشمال و في السليمانية و اربيل بسبب حكمة القادة الكبار الذين تسببوا في هرب عدد كبير من الأطباء من اربيل و السليمانية الذي حكموا المنطقة من 1991 ؟
و هل هذا سيعلّق على شماعة النظام السابق؟
.و أي مشاريع مستقبلية ستتم إن كانت وزارة الصحة لا تعدو عن كونها مؤسسة مشلولة تدار طائفياً.ـ
الحقيقة محاولة إيجاد وهم حالة وردية لا وجود لها هو لا يعدو إلا تضليل.ـ
هل هناك من سيتحدث عن مستوى التعليم المتردي و وزارة التعليم لاهية في فرض الحجاب القسري على الفتيات من عمر 6 سنوات؟
أرجو أن لا يكون مثل هذا التجمع هو أرضية للترويج للإحتلال و التستر على ما حصل من جرائم على أيدي حكومات العمالة.ـ

Dear Dr Fawaz,
I hope you and the family are well. I do respect all your comments, but please note that when we planned this conference, members of the organising committee had recognised the tremedous amount of needs for 26 million traumatised Iraqis. And thus professionals working in the medical sector should never sit and watch tragedies exacerbate, but should do something - and this is the least we can do for our beloved country. The country in the past three decades has been, and still is, suffering a great deal and we should never stand idle and criticise those who would like to do something about the deterioration in health, education and other services provided to the entire population. The conference is planning to do something; and we hope to be able to offer a great deal, particularly (as CME or workforce training programmes ) to many of our colleagues/Iraqi doctors who have expressed willingness to attend and benefit from what the conference is offering in various branches of medince. However, the Organising Committee is an independent, professional and impartial entity, and what matters is our whole country Iraq and its infrastructure.
I hope this issue is clearly communicated and I hope you are able to attend and offer your experience and expertise to our colleagues who will be arriving from Iraq, rather than suggesting the below.

تحياتي، شكراً للسؤال عني و عن عائلتي و نحن لسنا بخير على أثر مقتل ولدي الأكبر تغلب على أثر إعتداء أثيم يوم 15.04.2007
حاجة العراقيين لا يمكن تأمينها بدون أطباء و وزارة صحة، وإن كان من يقوم على وزارة الصحة منهم على هذه الشاكلة.ـ
الحقيقة الحالة الصحية و التعليمية تدهورت ليس كما تريد أن توهمني هي بسبب "النظام السابق"، وهذا هو ديدن أبواق حكومة العمالة و برلمان التزوير، بمحاولة لا يمكن أن تكون ذكية للتغطية على بشاعة جرائم و سرقات الحاضر. ـ
الوضع الصحي لم يكن بهذا الشكل الكارثي قبل ألإحتلال و حكم الحثالة الطائفية وحتى بظروف الحصار كان أفضل من ما هو عليه في ظل حكومة العمالة، فمن عدم الدقة نسيان علي الشمري و زميله في القتل حاكم الزاملي و التحدث بالترنيمة المضحكة عن "ثلاث عقود"، و الخراب الشامل حصل في أيام حكومة العمالة التي اغتيل ألأطباء أمام مرأى و مسمع جلاوزتها، خاصة عصابة مغاوير الداخلية الإرهابية، و مقتل المرضى و الأطباء على أيدي حثالة المليشيات التي تهيمن عليها.ـ

هو أمر لا يصدّق بسبب إهمالكم للنقطة الرئيسة التي تدين حكومة العمالة التي، و بسبب إرهاب العاملين في وزارة الصحة الطائفية، ترك العراق الأطباء ذو الخبرة العالية.ـ
في الحقيقة أن الحفاظ على ما تسميه البنية التحتية التي كانت ربما "نص و نص" بسبب الحصار لا يمكن الآن لأن حكومة العمالة و مليشياتها الإرهابية دمرت ما تبقى.ـ
واجبكم الإنساني و المهني هو فضح هؤلاء المخربين و الحثالة التي جاءت مع الإحتلال و ليس بالحديث عن تحديث وتدريب وهمي و لا يمكن تطبيقه، و هدفه مجرد تبييض وجه الإحتلال و حكومة العمالة الطائفية.ـ
لا أعتقد ليس بإستطاعة أحد، مهما بلغت قدرته و حسنت نواياه، عمل شيء بوجود عصابة عميلة للإحتلال مثل هذه التي تحكم العراق.ـ
وفي الحقيقة، لا أريد أن أزيد على ذلك لأنه من المخجل اللعب على العواطف لتمرير تظاهرة رخيصة لتكون بوقاً تافهاً لحكومة الإحتلال.ـ

لو كانوا وفروا فلوس شيراتون (فندق ومنتجع) وتبرعوا بها الى الاف العراقيين المشردين في وطنهم وخارجه والذين لا يستطيعون الحصول على رعاية طبية جيدة ناهيك عن الستة وعشرين مليون عراقي، لكان ذلك ادعى لتصديقهم . ـ

Letter to the Iraqi oil minsiter
.
This is the letter sent by Iraqi oil professionals to the Speaker and members of Iraqi parliament and to Dr. H. Shahrastani, minister of oil, denouncing the actions taken by KRG in signing PSAs including some outside the territories of KRG and in support of the stance taken by the oil ministry and the oil & gas parliamentarian committee.

During the last few weeks, the region of Iraqi Kurdistan announced on its website and through media that they had signed nearly 15 production sharing agreements with foreign companies without the prior approval of the Ministry of Oil or awaiting the approval of a federal oil law.
Dr. Shahrastani, Minister of Oil has correctly declared on a number of occasions that the Ministry consider all those agreements as illegal and threatened that the Ministry will take legal action against those companies as well as putting them in a black list depriving them from participation in any future contracts with the Oil Ministry. The Oil & Gas parliamentarian committee adopted a similar position which is certainly the correct stance that must be supported by all political and popular groups regardless of their other politics to stand united against this deliberate and dangerous action by the KRG.
On another hand, the KRG actions were not only limited to a policy of signing such contracts but in fact followed a more dangerous step that has no legal or political standing whatsoever and that is by overstepping on the rights of other components of the Iraqi people when it awarded in some of those contracts blocks that extend well beyond the boundaries of Iraqi Kurdistan towards Ninewa, Tamim, Salah el-Deen and Diyala including the one with the US Hunt Oil.
KRG also decided unilaterally to give one of its newly founded oil companies the responsibility of developing Khurmala which is one of the three domes of Kirkuk field. Two years ago, SCOP of the Oil Ministry had recently completed the engineering & procurement of all related materials and equipment and was about to start construction activities but were not allowed to do so by KRG.
The Iraqi oil professionals, who had previously warned in their previous letters and declarations in February and July 2007 of the danger of dividing the responsibility of negotiations and signing of oil contracts and had asked for it to remain exclusively for the Ministry and Iraq National Oil Company, they now consider the steps by KRG as illegal.
It was also obvious that the signing of so many contracts within only few weeks indicate that KRG had continued negotiations with foreign companies even while discussing the draft oil law and regardless of the opinions and reservations of the other political blocks and popular organizations.
The deliberate action by the authorities of Iraqi Kurdistan and without any due considerations of other views and objections, proves clearly that the position taken by the Iraqi oil professionals previously was a correct one and they would like to confirm their stance and declare their support for the stance taken by the Minister of Oil and the Oil & Gas parliamentarian committee in rejecting those contracts.
They also hope that the legislating bodies will also take into considerations the vital comments made by the oil professionals on the various drafts of the oil law and ask them to rewrite it in such a way that it guarantees the national rights of the Iraqi people and not to rush into legislating the said law.

While one of her husband’s killers has been arrested, she says, the other two have joined the Baghdad Brigade, a Sunni militia funded by the American forces which now holds sway in her old neighbourhood.
Members of the Baghdad Brigade receive $300 a man each month from the Americans, who also provide vehicles, uniforms and flak jackets. In return the brigade keeps out Al-Qaeda, dismantles roadside bombs and patrols the area, a task performed with considerable swagger by many of its 4,000 recruits.
The US military is delighted with the results achieved by the brigade in Abu Ghraib and by similar groups in other former “hot spots” of sectarian conflict that have seen a sharp decline in violence.

" A video shows five British men seized in Baghdad last May in good health but drained by their ordeal, The Sunday Times of London reported.
The video and accompanying message from the kidnappers represent the first information released publicly about the technical consultant and four bodyguards abducted from the Iraqi finance ministry.
The captors said they will hold the men until Qais al-Khazaali, a leader in the Shiite Mehdi Army, is released from an Iraqi prison. Khazaali was arrested by U.S. soldiers after masterminding a raid in which five U.S. soldiers were killed, the Times reported."

The military said up to 45 al-Qaeda fighters launched a mortar attack and then assaulted two checkpoints manned by local security guards on Monday using small arms and heavy machine guns mounted on trucks in a day-long fight.
U.S. F-16 warplanes dropped two 500-pound bombs during the battle in the town of Adwaniya, about 12 miles southeast of Baghdad.
The al-Qaeda raid marked one of the biggest attacks on neighborhood patrols, many of which are paid by the U.S. military, since their numbers began increasing in and around Baghdad a few months ago.

ـ"ثـَمة حكاية طريفة وحقيقية ذات دلالات عميقة تتداولها الاوساط الشعبية في العراق منذ فترة تقول: ان أحد الملالي المعممين الذين قدموا من قم الايرانية عقب الاحتلال واستولي علي احدي الحسينيات في منطقة الكرادة الشرقية، دأب علي التحرش بفتاة تقطن في بيت اسرتها المجاور للحسينية، عارضا عليها الزواج باعتبارها من عائلة شيعية، طالبا منها ان تترك وظيفتها كمعلمة في احدي المدارس الابتدائية، ملوحا لها بأموال ومجوهرات لا تحلم بها، وشفاعته لها بدخول الجنة في الآخرة، باعتباره سيد من آل البيت، الامر الذي دفع بالفتاة الي ابلاغ اخوتها بعد ان تمادي الملا المراهق في تهوره وتحرشاته. واتفق اخوة الفتاة علي تلقين المعمم درسا في الاخلاق والقيم حيث كمنوا له وطلبوا من شقيقتهم ان تجادل الملا لبعض الوقت عندما يتعرض لها، كي تتيح لهم ضبطه بالجرم المشهود خصوصا وانه عضو قيادي في حزب شيعي طائفي متنفذ ويتمتع بشبه حصانة من الحكومة، وفعلا عندما أقبلت الشقيقة المعلمة في طريقها الي منزلها من أمام الحسينية، وقف لها الملا المعمم كعادته وراح يتغزل بجمالها (الرباني) ملقيا علي أسماعها عروضه المكررة في الزواج ومزاياه، وردت عليه الفتاة واشتبكت معه في مشادة كلامية مستخدمة مفردات بغدادية مألوفة في شتمه والتنديد به وهو غير عابئ بكلامها ويخاطبها بطريقة ناعمة علي طريقة (يا ليتنا كنا معكم لنفوز فوزا عظيما، وجربيني .. برسم الخدمة تجديني) وبرز أخوة الفتاة من مخبئهم وانهالوا علي الملا المعمم بالضرب والرفس وهو يصرخ ان قصده شريف، وفجأة توقفت سيارة تاكسي بالقرب من مكان المعركة المحتدمة، ونزل سائقها وراح يوجه اللكمات والضربات الي الملا المتصابي بحيث وقف اخوة الفتاة يتفرجون اعجابا بشهامة هذا الرجل، وجاءت مفرزة من الشرطة وقامت بنقل الشيخ المعمم الي المستشفي واخوة الفتاة وسائق التاكسي الي مركز الشرطة للتحقيق معهم. واستمع قاضي التحقيق الي افادات أشقاء الفتاة وحججهم في ضرب الملا وسجلها في محضر القضية، ولما جاء دور استجواب سائق التاكسي سأله المحقق هؤلاء اخوة الفتاة فزعوا لشقيقتهم، أنت ما دخلك في الموضوع؟ فأجابه سائق التاكسي ببراءة وعفوية قائلا: والله يا سيادة القاضي لما شفت الجماعة يضربون ملا ومعمم، قلت مع نفسي يا فلان جاء وقتك، أكيد الحكومة سقطت ولا بد ان آخذ نصيبي منها ..!ـ

"The Pentagon has asked Congress for $1.4 billion in emergency spending to combat a growing threat of sniper attacks in Iraq based on an overstated assessment of the extent of the attacks, its records show.
In last week's spending request, the Pentagon said sniper attacks have quadrupled in the past year and, if unchecked, the attacks could eclipse roadside bombs as the top killer of U.S. troops. However, the rate of sniper attacks has dropped slightly in 2007 and fallen dramatically in the past four months, according to military records given to USA TODAY.
Pentagon officials acknowledged the mistake Monday after questions about the data were raised by USA TODAY.
"The term quadrupled will be removed from the justification because it is simply incorrect," said Dave Patterson, deputy undersecretary of Defense.
In 2006, there were 386 sniper attacks on coalition forces, according to data from the Multi-National Force-Iraq headquarters in Iraq. Through Oct. 26 of this year, there were 269 sniper attacks, the figures show.
The Pentagon does not release the number of troops killed by snipers. Improvised explosive devices have killed about 1,600 U.S. troops, more than half of all combat deaths since the war began in 2003.

Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace, a Norwegian company with a major plant in Johnstown, Pa., is supplying the Army with as many as 6,500 of the systems, according to Jeffrey Child, a company spokesman."

However, according to Juba, the lead Iraqi sniper in the Islamic Army of Iraq who has a dedicated web site, (see for example this excerpt from his second video release), the American military casualities, from his sniper brigade alone, over a one year period (Ramadan 2006 to Ramadan 2007) are:
- 634 soldiers killed,
- 206 soldiers injured,
- 23 officer killed,
- 11 snipers killed.
